The Raiders guitarist Drake Levin and Paul Revere died due to cancer at the age of 62.
The Good Thing rocker died last July 4, 2009 (Saturday) at his home in San Francisco, California. Drake Levin has been a member of the Raiders for four years during the band’s 1960s heyday.
Drake Levin’s efforts on 1965 hit Just Like Me was a big help to shape the Raiders sound – it was featured on the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame’s list of 500 songs that shaped rock and roll.
