Lindsay Lohan claimed that she invented a tan spray but a Florida Chemist named Jennifer Sunday also claimed that Lindsay Lohan and a Nevada woman stole it from her. Jennifer Sunday filed a lawsuit in Tampa federal court against Lindsay Lohan and a Nevada woman.
Lindsay Lohan and a Las Vegas businesswoman (Lorit Simon) launched Sevin Nyne last May and claims that it took them 3 years to make it.
Jennifer Sunday is now suing Lindsay Lohan and Lorit Simon’s company for breach of contract, civil conspiracy, theft of trade secrets, intentional interference with contractual relations and deceptive and unfair trade practices.
“We are certainly looking for the profits that are being generated right now from that product,” Sunday’s lawyer, Marcia Cohen, told the Times. “If Ms. Lohan and Ms. Simon and their companies and their shareholders are profiting from the theft of my client’s formula and are profiting from that product, my client is entitled to those proceeds.”
