Due to slow ticket sales, Madonna has cancelled her concert in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Madonna, the pop superstar was about to have her concert in Ljublj, ana, Slovenia on August 20, 2009 but cancelled it last August 07, 2009 according to his tour manager.
Out of the 63,000 available tickets, they were only able to sell 7,000 tickets so that can be the reason why the concert was cancelled.
But according to the managing director of Live Nation in Budapest, Laszio Borsos - the one overseeing Madonna’s European tour insisted that ticket sales has nothing to do with the cancellation of the concert.
He says, “The reason for the cancellation is unforeseen logistical difficulties. There is no problem with ticket sales, absolutely.”
Only one concert was sold out and to be played in Gothenburg, Sweden on Sunday August 09, 2009.
Actually, this is the second tour that Madonna has cancelled recently.
