A rep from the British Airways said that there has been a “huge influx” of reservations in the past few days by people from England wanting to go to Michael Jackson‘s memorial. The rep said people are “flying as close to L.A. as they can and then taking connecting flights.”
Even non-stop and direct flights to LA, flights from Heathrow to Denver and from Heathrow to San Francisco are also almost full.
By the end of the day, The rep said that they expect all flights (direct and indirect) to be sold out.
